Senior Customer Service Coordinator - Collections

Work from home opportunity available for a Senior Customer Service Coordinator at Capital One. This role offers the convenience of working virtually from home. The role of a Senior Customer Service Coordinator involves listening to customers, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences to strengthen relationships with Capital One.

Responsibilities include advocating for customers, resolving issues in compliance with regulatory requirements, investigating customer concerns, and supporting process improvements. You may also guide other associates in solving customer issues and providing feedback to ensure they have access to the right resources.

Basic qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification; at least three years of customer service or call center experience; and at least one year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office. Preferred qualifications include four years of customer service or call center experience, one year in the financial industry, and one year in collections.

To work from home, you need a secure home office environment free from noise and distractions, a reliable private internet connection (not cellular data or hotspot), and a private network that is password protected. Internet service must be provided by cable or fiber ISPs, with download speeds of at least 5Mbps, preferably 10Mbps or higher. Both hardwire and WiFi connections are acceptable as long as speed and security requirements are met.
