As a Call Center Customer Service Professional, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting customer inquiries and resolutions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Professional Location: Cary, NC (Hybrid) Pay Range: 45-48 Pay Rate W2 What's the Job? Field incoming service calls from customers to perform initial diagnosis and take actions to correct problems. Place outbound calls to internal and external customers as required to obtain immediate resolution and provide additional guidance. Enlist management personnel, support, or repair organizations as necessary to facilitate trouble resolution. Provide information to the customer regarding the current status or resolution of their inquiries. Utilize on-the-job training to improve processes and enhance customer service delivery. What's Needed? Strong customer service skills with a focus on accurate, timely, and honest communication. Ability to retain knowledge and take notes effectively during training and on-the-job experiences. Technical troubleshooting experience is a plus, but not required. Confidence in communicating with customers, especially in challenging situations. Willingness to work any of the three shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed. What's in it for me?
