McNally's Heating and Cooling is looking for a motivated and reliable Duct Cleaning Technician to join our high-energy residential service team. You'll be responsible for inspecting, cleaning, and sanitizing residential HVAC duct systems and dryer vents, ensuring healthier indoor air quality for homeowners across the Saint Charles area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze HVAC systems in residential homes and determine the appropriate duct cleaning strategy.
• Explain the cleaning process to homeowners in a clear and professional manner.
• Clean and sanitize ductwork and dryer vents using specialized tools and equipment.
• Reassemble all components post-cleaning to ensure system efficiency.
• Promote and offer maintenance contracts and other add-on services that provide added value to the customer.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in residential duct or HVAC cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with homeowners.
• Valid Illinois Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds and comfortable with physical tasks including crawling, climbing, kneeling, and bending in tight spaces.
