The primary scope of this program is to execute medical support services at the United States Embassy and adjacent facilities in the Middle East.POSITION SUMMARY:The Logistics/Warehouse Property Specialist is assigned daily work under direct supervision and is responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports. May also explain instructions and documentation to plan work activities.RESPONSIBILITIES:Receives, checks in, and issues materials in support of construction and maintenance activities.Responsible for warehouse layout planning, establishment of document files, preparation of required documents and reports.Maintains inventories and completes records.Ensures proper planning, receipt, storage, and issue of all project material and the control of project furnished small tools and third party rentals.Helps coordinate movement of materials and equipment to work locations and sets up work site.Completes and reviews records, maintains tools and equipment, and performs various clean up activities.Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.Job may require moderate to heavy lifting.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Requires high school diploma and 2+ years of related experience.Specific contract requirements will prevail.Must meet all medical requirements and be willing and available to travel CONUS and OCONUS.Must be able to lift 50lbs.Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English fluently.Candidates must meet CENTCOM MOD (Fit for Duty) theater requirements.Must currently possess or be able to obtain prior to being hired as required for this position a U.S. Government (USG) issued Secret security clearance and/or a favorable USG Moderate Risk Public Trust (MRPT).
