Description

We are currently seeking Data Entry/Inventory Clerks for the Muscogee Nation Health Facilites. This position will report out of our offices in Okmulgee, OK, and report directly to the supervisor. This position will require travel from different facilities owned by the Muscogee Nation. There will be a shuttle to transport all workers to various locations. Location for transport will be in Okmulgee, OK. Some of the job duties include:

1. Enter data into computerized systems accurately and efficiently
2. Verify and correct data as needed
3. Perform regular data backups to ensure data integrity
4. Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
5. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files
6. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

7. You will be lifting up to 50-75 lbs moving Inventory and Furniture.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. At least 1 year of experience directly related to the responsibilities is preferred.
3. Prepare routine administrative paperwork.
4. Analyze and solve problems.
5. Database management skills.
6. Reconcile stock counts to data reports.
7. Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
8. Protect the Company's value by keeping information confidential.
9. Perform assigned tasks under minimal supervision.
10. Follow written and verbal instructions.
11. Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,particulary Excel.
13. Must be able to lift up to 75lbs of Inventory and Furniture.
14. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
