LHH is working with a local company hiring a contract recruiter. This role will work in their Human Resources department in identifying and recruiting candidates for a variety of professional level positions. Candidate will work with management in various departments to identify hiring needs, source candidates, interview, and assist in interviewing and onboarding process. This is a hybrid, contract position - candidate needs to reside in Oklahoma City area. Contract length expected to last 8-10 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Review contracts and agreements for various agencies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years' recruiting experience)
• Effective communication skills
• Experience working with sponsorship candidates highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas

Position pays $30-40/hr depending on relevant experience. Company will supply necessary computer and supplies.
