What is the position?

The Software Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's wealth management systems and will provide support to end users.


What are the responsibilities?

As a Software Support Specialist, you will:

  • Maintain and monitor financial systems and solutions.
  • Provide technical/functional assistance for the financial applications.
  • Provide troubleshooting and corrective action to resolve issues.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Financial applications' functionality, training, and documentation.
  • Support ticketing and initial assessments of trust system issues.
  • Maintain documentation and process standards.
  • Complete user setup & governance.


What are the requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of IT/support or finance/banking experience
  • Financial systems experience is preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting issues across systems
  • Experience supporting resources who are performing system testing
  • Ticketing experience (ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.) is a plus
  • Able to work with external and internal parties professionally
  • Able to think critically and solve problems independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
