JOB SUMMARY
Work with project teams to prepare and finalize project deliverables and contract documents in accordance with the company standards, municipal/jurisdictional requirements, survey standards, and client requirements.
INTER-RELATIONSHIPS
Employees, Managers, and Supervisors throughout the corporation.
MAJOR TASKS
- Creates detailed schematics used in the construction of oil & gas pipelines, infrastructure, and wells.
- The drawings incorporate the input of Professional Land Surveyors, Engineers, Project Managers, and Landmen to specify dimensions, codes, materials, and production methods.
- Works with related maps, topographical data, specifications, etc. to prepare many types of drawings for different governing agencies, clients, and property owners.
- Makes calculations of acreage, roddage, length, and depth for easement acquisitions, pipeline construction, site layouts, and related work.
- Utilizes AutoCAD and its associated extensions daily under the supervision of the Drafting Lead.
- Carlson experience is a plus

JOB SKILL REQUIREMENTS- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Basic understanding of survey procedures and data collection.
- Level of knowledge to work independently.
- 1 year of experience.
- Carlson software experience a plus.
- AutoCad experience required.
- The candidate will be customer service and team oriented.
- Technically competent with various software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD)

STANDARD WORK SCHEDULETopographic OM, Inc. in office Standard business hours is Monday-Friday from 6am-7pm.
The specific schedule for this role will be based on location and department.
