Elite Lawn Care is a leading lawn care company in Oklahoma City, delivering premium services to keep our clients properties in top shape. As we grow, were looking for a dedicated Operations/Fleet Manager to join our team and help optimize our operations and fleet management.

Position Overview:

The Operations/Fleet Manager will oversee daily operations and manage our fleet of vehicles and equipment. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, ensuring the fleet is well-maintained, and supporting the companys growth. You will collaborate closely with the COO and team members to enhance service delivery and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.

Oversee fleet maintenance, inspections, and repairs to keep vehicles in top condition.

Optimize route scheduling with the dispatching team to maximize efficiency.

Improve operational processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across operations.

Train and support staff to uphold service and safety standards.

Work with the COO to implement strategic initiatives for growth.

Manage equipment and supply inventory to ensure availability and functionality.

Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in operations management, ideally in service-based industries (e.g., HVAC, landscaping, pest control).

Fleet management experience is requiredcandidates must have a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, scheduling, and logistics.

Strong knowledge of small engine maintenance.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proficiency with scheduling software and fleet management tools.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
