What is the position?

The SOC Operator will play a key role in the security operations team and will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining day to day operations.

What will you do?

As a SOC Operator, you will:

• Understand and execute on emergency response notifications to spills, releases, and other incidents.
• Responsible for contacting and coordinating with internal and external agency notifications.
• Provide support to the security operator center during high call volume.
• Play a key role in day-to-day SOC operations.
• Respond to external notifications, alerts, or other activations of the security systems.
• Provide assistance to field personnel in response to emergency or weather situations and determine the appropriate response requirements.
• Coordinate with emergency services, law enforcement agencies, or other individuals/groups requiring notification during an incident.
• Operate equipment to receive reports of security violations for Williams facilities.
• Manage security badging system.

What are the requirements?

• 2+ years relevant work experience
• CCTV and Physical Access experience preferred
• Customer service skills
• Ability to work on multiple projects at once
